Crowd control Friday Oct 14th

Can anyone more familiar with this time of year please tell me what to expect on this date Friday Oct 14th? I am only going to IOA. Also, does the priority parking really get you closer?

Preferred parking does not get you closer to the parks...valet does but it's pricey. I'm not sure what you mean by crowd control. The parks aren't busy in October so other than the regular lines, I don't see a problem. WWoHP will still be busy but that's about it.

Valet prices are:

$15.00 under two hours
$25.00 over two hours

Yes...10/14 is Statewide Professional Day (just Friday) and yes it's also a HHN night but I seriously doubt the crowds at IOA will be affected too much.

I totally forgot about the halloween night thingy. I am sorry to keep relying on your genius MODERATOR... but, I sincerely appreciate you being so apt in answering me.

So how do I find out about the vallet parking, this sounds right up my alley.
Do you drop off and pick up in the same parking garage or is there something on the side that considerably cuts off the long grueling walk up city walk and on the moving people thingys.

Also, are they going to close the park early for Halloween Night festivities? What about if I planned on going to Margaritaville after the park .. should I not plan on that due to the halloween stuff?

Don't worry about it...that's why I'm here...to try and help people with answers to their questions.

Valet has a separate area that you would go to...just follow the signs...it's very well marked. You will take an escalator up to the moving sidewalk but you are basically right at the end. There's very little walking to get to CityWalk.

As far as Halloween Horror Nights go...it's only at the Studios and when it's staged, the park closes an hour early at 5pm. IOA is generally unaffected.

CityWalk is completely separate so other than the crowds, it's unaffected as well. If you want to have dinner at CityWalk, you might want to stop at the kiosk across from the theater when you arrive and make a reservation. HHN brings LOTS of people to CityWalk and by the dinner hour, it will be packed.
