The closest thing you'll probably find for that would be Ridemax. The guy who created it, analyzes all the crowd patterns to determine what your touring plans should be based on that and what you want to do as far as rides/attractions go.
Nope, no similar calendar. In general DLR as a resort draws less than half the visitors as does WDW. Further, most WDW visitors are on longer vacations from out of the area, while most DLR visitors are local California residents on day trips. Hence most CA people do not care much about crowd calendars. Bottom line is their is much less demand at DLR for such things because of the clientele.
Here is a good way to gauge crowds at DLR. Look at the DL park hours which is an indicator of what DLR is expecting.
FWIW, be careful about trying too hard to miss crowds at DLR as off-season works differently at DLR than WDW. See "What You Should Know About Off-Season at DLR" www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=18462889
ETA - after posting I noticed your signature line and assume you are asking because of your August trip. August will be pretty busy but it depends on when you go as DLR transitions out of summer hours around August 20 most years. You will see mostly "7-8" crowd levels in August.
