Crowd calculator?

Does anyone still have a working link to a crowd calculator? I woke up this morning with a strong itch to make a trip the week after New Years Day. I know how busy Christmas week is but how bad is that week (Jan 2 - 8)? We have APs so that isn't a problem and I will find a hotel. Thanks!

can that be used to determine crowds far away? as in aug 26 - sept 1? i never heard of that. TIA

I'll be coming home on the 25th of August. The info is from the touringplans or Unofficial Guide website. They project crowds as far out as next November. I think they may revise projections after they get more information.

I know Tour Guide Mike also has some great crowd projections. He is only as far as June 07 as of now. I believe he waits on park hours and any EMH info released by Disney. But I am using his stuff for our next trip in combo with touringplans.

IMHO, I found the crowd calculator to be a bit misleading. It was much buiser lastweek when we where there than what the crowd calculator had projected.

yes 10 is the highest. those seem to mostly only appear during the Holiday's and Mondays in June and July. In reviewing it you will see that 9 is pretty common throughout summer peak months of June and July and that it rarely drops below 4 except for maybe Sept. when it reaches 3. Never see 2 or 1.

IMHO, I found the crowd calculator to be a bit misleading. It was much buiser lastweek when we where there than what the crowd calculator had projected.

The crowd calculator turned out to be a total joke when we were there this past January 2 thru 7. The numbers were waaay lower than the crowd level actually was.
