Sitting here waiting for the call that will let us know wether or not we have been approved for the rental house we've been waiting on. Only thing holding us back is Fiance's turn in on car in 2001, after 9/11 he was laid off, hoping landlord will overlook that! Crossing my fingers and hoping! Will let you know if it works out... would be wonderful to have bigger house for godkids and dog... Maybe with all the Diser's behind us crossing their fingers too it will happen!!!

I am so excited, but afraid to get my hopes up... a huge 3bd/2bath all brand new for same as our 2/2 apt... yahoo! And right next to my mom's house.

I called the office of the gentleman that owns the house, he was busy at the time, secretary took # again and said he would call that afternoon, well its the next day and still no word. I explained to her that we needed to know something, the end of the month is only a week away. I don't want to bug him but I need to know. Would you call again?! Or should I wait till tomorrow afternoon when I must know so I can notify apt and rent a moving truck?

Roomie's fight for custody of his children depends on us getting into 3bd house...

Even dreamt last night that he called and said it's yours, pick up the keys on such and such...

Keep sprinkling pixie dust our way, we've all got our fingers and toes crossed.

No word yet, called AGAIN and left message saying "Please I beg of you..", no just kidding, but I did leave one saying to let me know either way and that if yes we would be able to sign and pay today. So here is hoping!!! Custody with girls is getting sticky now so we need a good outcome in the house situation. Can't get custody in current living situation. Thanks all for the Pixie Dust!!

Just got a call, his secretary called and said that she pulled our beacon scores (not report) and because it didn't meet the qualifications we were not approved. I asked her if she had told him that I had left a message that there was a huge discrepancy on my DFiance's report and that we had excellent references, etc and she said all he told her was to tell us no, no way... I gathered myself long enough to say "ok" and hung up... I am so sad guys...
How good does someone have to be?? We have no open credit cards, no revolving accounts, etc. Only negative is a few hospital bills and it states that on the report and DFiance's car turn in, which he knew about (due to 9/11 lay off). He led me to believe it was good and that as long as that was it then ok... three weeks of hoping and now I am chrushed. What a way to start the weekend, sorry for ranting all, just so sad today.
On top of everything else roomie's x, Madison and Faith's mom is coming after him for child support and the gov. is after him for money to repay foodstamps, etc that she got by saying he left her and the girls and Jaden, which is not his, by new boyfriend is listed as his child too, if anyone on here as seen my previous post the girls have lived with me since 11/03... OMG the drama! Urgh!
I think I need a trip to WDW to relax...

Thanks I needed one of those, after I posted earlier I went out to wake the girls up from their naps and just seeing them smiling and not a care in the world attitude made me cheer up. I wanted so bad to get this house for them though, Faith (2yrs old) said to me "its okay Darlenie I love you"... it brought tears to my eyes. Madison chimmed in with "we find big better house"... I guess it wasn't meant to be and hey maybe we will find a big better house...
