Arts and Crafts Cross stitch pattern makers

Has anyone ever used a pattern maker to make a cross stitch chart? If so, which ones include backstitch lines on the chart? Please share your user experience.

I am using PM 4.8.3.12 and have made two cross stitch charts. The colors are off and I am searching the Internet for help. I tried to insert a link to my blog showing my work in cross stitch but site would not accept my link.
