Cross Roads at LBV

Hi,

What is at Cross Roads in LBV?

Is it walkable from DowntownDisney?
How much would a taxi cost?
Is there public transport from DTD?

Don't know answer to all your questions, but:
Crossroads is a shopping mall, with numerous restaurants, small shops and a supermarket. I would guess that it's about a mile and a half from DTD, so waking would depend on what you're used to. Am not familiar with public transportation or taxis.

Crossroads is a shopping area just across from the Buena Vista entrance of Disney World. Crossroads features a number of specialty shops and restaurants. (Such as Perkins, T.G.I Fridays, Pebbles, Red Lobster, and McDonald's to name a few.)


There are sidewalks, and crossing signals leading to Crossroads, however it's not a light walk. If you're with kids, it wouldn't really be recommended unless they are used to walking long distances. Generally speaking a taxi would cost you a few dollars (About $15 or so depending on your departure point). Many people will take Disney transport to DD and then take a cab.

I just got back from staying at the Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista. We never went to the Crossroads but did see the signs. You turn right at the 1st traffic light, after you get off I-4. Comfort Inn is the next traffic light and turn right. I guess if you walked there you could cut across somewhere, but I don't know where. We walked down to 535 and it was a pretty long walk for my little ones.
We liked the hotel, staff were really nice.

Hi all there is a shortcut through to the xroads but it isn't very well lit.I would guess that without the shortcut the walk would be about 10 mins.As well as the restaurants metioned there is also a 24hr Goodings(supermarket)-we normally go here to stock up on arrival rather than head out to the Wahl markt near the Florida Mall- Pirates Cove crazy golf-very nice at night-aswell as the usual drugstores & tourist shops not to metion Dominos
for those that haven't been to LBV recently a newish addition is the outlet village just the other side of I4-turn left under I4 then 1st left at Golden corral & follow the road round,not as big as Beltz but very good none the less!

Another question is how much would a taxi cost from Orlando Premium Outlets to the Crossroads?

Stal I don't know the going rate on taxis,as we always have a car but distance wise,by road,it's under a mile.As you come up to the exit for LBV/Xroads the outlets are on your left.
