Ok, have been reading about these new footwear on the boards for a few weeks now.
Yesterday went into St ives and tried some on in the Wildlife store. :thumbsup2 OMG they were so comfy, even hubbie agreed with me.
Anyway they are £29.00 0ver here and on line they are $ 29.00!!!!!
The way the dollar is going at the moment it is so much cheeper to get them from the U.S and ship them over tax and all.
I have just got to decide what funky colour I want, hubbie is going a bit more reserved and the girls are going with the fushia and the purple :3dglasses :3dglasses .
Anyway has anybody treated themselves to a pair?

I bought some Crocs 'Athens' (flip flop type) in Orlando and they're really comfortable :thumbsup2

I've just ordered a couple more pairs from Australia (the Athens aren't on sale in the UK yet) which, also, work out a lot cheaper than buying in the UK :sunny:

I signed up for the newletter to get a $20 discount and spent however much it took to get free international delivery :hippie:

I was a little unsure so I went to Brighton and found a shop which was selling the beach model and they were so comfortable I brought them, they were £29.95 so figure i will buy another pair in florida where it will be much cheaper.

I've got the Beach and Athens. They are really comfy - but when walking uphill in the Athens, my feet kept sliding out! The moral is - don't wear them to walk uphill :rotfl2:

....unless you have 'fat' feet, which I think I must now have.....

They really are the most comfy sandals I've owned for years - and, believe me, I normally spend a fortune on shoes / boots / sandals :rolleyes1

Me and DD got 3 pairs in Manchester on Monday. I wanted a fushia pair but due to me having big feet I got a brown and a grey pair.
DD who has even bigger feet than me got a grey pair. I love them!!!!

I bought some pale blue ones online for £29.00 the other week, they are extremely comfy. I saw some in a shop in the Lowry outlet mall in Manchester on Monday, £29.99. I am going to get some more when I am back in Orlando in December :cool1:

Keep reading about these and don't know what to think. But I just looked on the web and there are 3 shops in our town that sell them... Check out crocs.nl they also show the UK stores.

I was wanting to get a pair of Teva type sandals but I think I'll go and try these on in my lunch break... it's just down the road.

Well, they may be comfy, but boy are they ugly :rotfl: I don't think they're for me...
But I found a good pair of Teva type sandals for 14 pounds so that's fine with me! All set now.

oh, where in manchester?

We got ours from a shop called Run or Ran? It`s in the Barton Arcade off Deansgate. They had a good selection!

We just got back from Orlando and l had great difficulty finding shops that sell them. l did get a couple of pairs of Athens from Dillards in the Mall and l know Journey sell them too but not a big selection. l bought DH :firefight a pair in brown but he's not comfortable wearing them, as he's not used to having a bar between his toes (e-bay here i come lol)!!!

But what l will say is not sure whether anyone else has said this but there is a Croc shop in Orlando International Airport BUT they dont have the Athens. These shoes are all l've worn the last 14 days and they are great, just whats needed for all the walking

They are so ugly its hard to believe they are comfortable! Everyone raves about them tho so they must me good, think I might have to try some on!

They had about 3 pairs in the airport when we came home last month!

I've just ordered some Athens, online, from Australia but I believe that one of the UK online Croc shops is planning on stocking them in May/June :thumbsup2

DD (7) struggles with her Athens too as she's not used to flip flops!
Most of her friends seem to be able to do anything in them - ride bikes, run etc............

I have the Cayman style and they are very comfy, but don't know how good they would be walking round WDW in them all day!
