Crocs vs. Target Knockoff's ???

Real crocs are definately better, and you do not have to pay $32 for them. Right now there is a sale link on msn.com. Scroll down and look on the right for the shopping section. It says shoe sale: Save 20%+free shipping. The link goes to shoebuy.com I have ordered from them several times and never had a problem.

Regular crocs: Adult-23.96 kids-20.36

Disney crocs: Adult-27.96 kids-23.96

Each time I ordered from them the shipping only took 2 days. Hope this info helps you out. Have a great trip.

That special didn't come up for me. And there's nothing on the ShoeBuy site about a 20% off sale. Was there a special code?

I know it's kind of off topic but I have to tell you all what I've found.

First I found a Crocs cell phone holder. It has the holes for the jibbitz and comes in different colors.

Then while at Walmart yesterday picking up Hubby a binder for his class, they have folders and pencil bags made of croc material. They had the holes for the jibbitz things too.

I thought all the crocs people would like to know. :upsidedow

Thanks for the link. I just saved the MSN 20%, plus another 10% for being a return customer within 60 days! If you want to order more than one pair - go on today, order one pair, then go back tomorrow through the MSN link. You can get the additional 10% discount. Just make sure you go through the MSN link for each order!

You have to go through the link on msn.com

I did go to msn.com and there was nothing about 20% off shoes in the shopping area. :confused3 It was dresses, home decor, jewelry and watches. Maybe you get different specials on your page depending on where you've bought before. :(

I do remember a thread a while back about this. People from different parts of the country, some were seeing it and some were not. Sorry it didnt work out for you.

Forgot to mention this. One of the times I did 2 orders one pair for myself and one for DD. I did these one right after the other and we got them on the same day in 2 different boxes. So unless they have changed things you do not have to wait until the next day.

I just went back through the link and they are taking 20% of each pair when buying more than one. I think the sale we are thinking about(which is the one I did) Is $10 off of your order total. So I did 2 seperate orders to get $10 of each pair.

I have tried on all the knock off version of Crocs and the only ones that feel close to the real thing are the ones from Payless. I have seen lots of kids Crocs at my local Marshalls lately but unfortunately not in the right size and color combo for my DD, but I keep checking.

Ditto!;) They are Airwalk brand.

I am a croc lover :lovestruc I have several pair, and they are pretty much all I wear. I do have to say, though, that airwalk brand from Payless are just as comfy (if not even more comfy, but shhhh...don't tell anyone I said that!).

Problem is, around my area, they cost about 20 bucks. If you are going to pay that much, you might as well buy the real thing...that is, unless you are on a really tight budget. In that case I would say go for it! :goodvibes

If you look below watches is there another box attached that says Advertisements. If so it should be the 3rd one down.

I saw these too. I think they're called "Poppers" or something like that. The charms are $1 and come in a pack of two. I bought a few for my kids to see if they would fit in their shoes. (much cheaper than the jibbitz) The backs don't come off of these, you just pop them through the hole. They work for the littler kids shoes because the holes are smaller, but fell out of my older DD's. (That may be because she was climbing at a playground...)

They have the Airwalks from Payless. They have been wearing these for a few years and prefer them to Crocs. They cannot wear any of the other ones (like the ones from walmart) because they are harder.

I agree that the Payless Airwalk brand is the best knockoff. (And I think JCPenney is one of the worst.)
I watch for sales at shoebuy.com. I can get a $30 pr of Crocs for less than $22 total. Free shipping, look for the 20% sale, get 10% off for being a member, and no sales tax.

The Mary (Minnie) Janes style they are selling now seem to have smaller Mickey holes, so you can put the jibbitz in them. The regular clog style crocs still have the big Mickey holes

I vary the styles of Crocs I wear (Beach, Mary Janes, Malindis) to give my feet a break.

Wow-
Thanks for the great tip on these things. We got 50 jibbitz and I don't want my shoes to look tacky. So I may have to get my DS a pencil holder for the extras....

Don't be penny wise and pound foolish.

With all the money we spend on our Disney trips. Invest the extra and buy the real crocs. I had several foot problems on my trips and all I could say is thank God for crocs. Last year they saved my trip from certain doom.

I agree, your feet are the most important part of your trip! Get the comfiest shoes you can...have a counter service meal instead of a sitdown or something...but invest in comfort...you won't regret it!!

I agree - no matter what brand, whether a knockoff or not, I can't seem to be comfy in the original clog style crocs... maybe my feet are too narrow? In any case, I have the Malindis and LOVE  them! DH got me the black ones at Bass Pro as a surprise, and I liked them so much I ordered a new pair of pink ones for our upcoming trip!

Wear shoes that are comfortable RIGHT now! I made the mistake of wearing new shoes when we went and by the end of the second day I had HUGE blisters between my toes and on just about every toe. :scared1: I limped around the parks for five days. For what I paid for that trip I would have drug my torso around zombie style:rotfl: if I had to. If your shoes are comfy now wear those they will be comfy then.

Anyone tried the Gekko's? I found them at Liquidation World for $2.99. I bought 2 different styles-ballerina and the regular Croc style (don't know the name).

Exactley.

Cut back whereever you have to, but don't cut back on comfortable shoes.
