I tried crocs on my DS4 this afternoon. He wears a size 12 - 12 1/2. We tried the 12 size on and they seemed really big. We also tried the 10 on and he said that those were too tight.

So - how loose are they supposed to be? Here's our problem - one of DS feet is turned in - his foot is actually growing in a Z instead of straight. Since it doesn't give him any pain the DR will wait until he is older to see if he will need any surgery to fix. Anyway...because of this his feet are different sizes. One foot is almost a full size longer. Makes buying shoes fun!

I've heard such great reviews from all of you about crocs that I thought we'd give it a try. But once he tried them on they looked so big that I'm afraid of blisters. Are they supposed to be big on their feet or fit the foot more closely? Anyone get blisters wearing them without socks?:confused3

I have sensitive feet - and have never had a blister from the crocs. They are supposed to fit "loose".

You can also flip up the back strap and wear them like clogs.

My entire family wore them all summer - including a trip to PEI and walked around in the ocean. Not one problem.

If you look on the Crocs website and look under the sizing link there is a good explanation of how they should fit.
