Crocs ??s

Ok my trusty DIS friends... I bought some disney crocs. My first pair ever. I purchase my true size a small (6/7). They seem a little big for me. Someone on these boards metioned a way to size them. Dishwasher or Dryer?? If so, for how long?

Any help would be great.
