Crocs & "Mickey Jibbitz" (i.e. Crocs Jewelry)

Im so excited about this, I couldnt wait to get online and share....

Alright - you know those little *Jibbitz* (Crocs Jewelry) that you just pop into the holes? I, again, was eyeballing them while at Dicks Sporting Goods thinking "Gee, WDW could make a bundle selling Mickey ones" and it hit me like a ton of bricks.

I practically raced home - "Would it work?"

It does work.... Check these out:

What is it, you ask? It's a pin-back! It fits right in there, snug enough to not fall out!

This is a trial run - Im thinking I might glitter one up by just smearing glue on it and dipping it in glitter. Maybe Ill paint a few too!

HOW COOL! Us Dis'ers can pop a pin back into our Crocs! What do you guys think?

OMG! I just tried this with my CROCS, and it works perfectly! What a fantastic idea! Thank you so much for the tip. I can't wait to get some extra pin backs, so I can really decorate my CROCS up right.

cool - hey, ya know - i think at the pin stations at WDW they sell little baggies of extra pin backs. (we were always losing the metal pin backs and this was right when they started coming out with the black plastic mickey head ones. they had little baggies of the black plastic mickey head pin backs.)

cool - i can't wait to go home now (ok - to see my family and all too) and find one of these and plug it in!!!!!

How about the Hands and castle backs I will pick some up on our trip at the end of the month .

DD wanted me to HolePunch her crocs with her tink punck and the with a regular one around a hole to try and get that effect .I haven't tried it yet but that looks great

I didnt back it with anything - it stays put. And it really stays put. I shook it like crazy, smacked it around - and wore it all day yesterday.

I was thinking about Hole Punching my Niles using the big hole Mickey puncher, for scrap booking. Right smack dab in the middle.

I forgot they had the hands and shoes and such.....

Good times, good times....

YES - they truly, truly are, amazingly comfy.

$30 - and truly worth every penny...honestly.

YES - thats exactly when you should be wearing them. When youre walking!

I love it..'anti-stinky-sweat stuff'..... I did buy some of the Jibbitz..liked them but I didn't glue them together and they popped off. The web-site says to glue them, the directions that came with them said nothing about it, so I didn't glue 'em.
But, I love the pin back idea...just ran off and tried it on my Crocs...what a great idea!!!

Oh, and to the poster who isn't sure how good they are for walking around...I used to bring sport sandals, sneakers and water shoes to WDW. Then, I found Crocs. So, brought Crocs, sneakers, and sport sandals. Now, it's just sneakers and my Crocs...the sneakers are wore very seldom!! I have an iffy lower back and old knees...both have ceased to bother me at WDW if I wear my Crocs...great in the rain also (but can get a bit slippery if you aren't careful)!!!!!!!
