Sorry if this has already been posted.......

I was flipping channels last night and was shocked to see the guy on a financial/stock show talking with a huge pile of Crocs next to him!

He was mainly talking about Crocs being a good investment stock, but he also mentioned that Crocs would be coming out with a Disney line of shoes and a college logo line of shoes this fall. He said they are mainly doing this because Crocs sales are mainly in the summer and they want to boost fall/winter sales.

I agree with the Crocs being mostly summer shoes since I have worn mine all summer. But the other day it was a little cooler, enough to wear pants and I wore my Crocs for the first time with socks. It was awesome!!! These shoes are even more comfortable with socks on. It gives you even more cushion. So I suppose I will be wearing my Crocs all fall as well!

But they are soooooo ugly .... :rolleyes1 :stir:

I heard this too and am excited! I heard they would be actually selling Crocs on WDW property. Hoping to snag a pair in november. Frankly, it's a great idea since Mickey's shoes DO look a little croc-like...

I second that! Maybe if someone forced me to put them on and I found them extremely comfortable, I might wear them...at night...in extremely dark situations.

My DD (6) wants a pair sooooooooo bad, but then again she wanted a poncho, too...and look what happened with them!

People like me with foot problems don't care what they look like. I am excited about the Disney line coming in the fall some time. The holes are going to Mickey heads!

cool...I think they are ugly too, but everyone i know who has tried them says they are great, still havent gotten myself a pair yet though

I thought they were hideous the first time I saw them. I was very against having them. However, I kept hearing everyone talk about how great they were. My mom gave me a pair (lime green) and they are so comfortable! I now have a black pair too, DH has a pair, and I can't wait for the Disney ones.

i thaught they were ugly on me because i wear a size 9. But, i went ahead anyway and bought the mary jane crocs from journeys. I love them. They are so comfy like wearing slippers. I put them on and was walking on cement floors for over 4hrs the first time having them on and they were so so comfy. Im definately sold.

Crocs are great!

Yes, they are a little funny looking but boy are they comfy! I wore mine almost every day during our WDW trip and my feet never bothered me once! I wear them at home almost daily, I switch off with my Reef flip flops :)

I will definitely buy a pair of Disney crocs as soon as they are available!

IF you have not tried them on, you should. And they even get more comfortable the more you wear them.

really, how often does one looks at a person shoes? [s. king'movie].

actually, something else usually catches my eye , :sail: ,

like a :mickeybar ..just :teeth: ..

i think when one focus changes from style to comfort, is the first sign
of maturity....

you know what i like to see as the next trend? aprons..guess my
belly doing my pirmary thinking these days..probably the 2nd sign?
p.s..that's for the ladies...would never wear such a thing.. :rolleyes1

:wizard:

Are these really the only shoes that you find comfortable? I wear New Balance and my feet are fine. My kids LOVE crocs, so they are slowly growing on me.....if they make Disney ones maybe I'll change my mind.

No need to call us that don't like them immature though...I like my PJs but I don't wear them outside.

Don't mean to turn this into a debate....I was just jesting in my first post...they really don't bother me that much. Just :stir:

I was a Croc hater too...thought they were the nastiest things I'd seen in years, especially when my ex-husband showed up wearing them :rotfl2: . And I am definately not one to follow fashion trends - not even close!

But once I jokingly tried on a pair in the store (just to prove how ugly they really are to my DD), I instantly fell in love with them because they are so darn comfy!!! And I've been wearing them every since.

DH wears New Balance, but he says the Crocs are way more comfortable. They really are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They do have styles without holes and look a bit more normal.

Don't try to convince me..I'm not wearing them...no way...no how..

anyone know a website where I can look at them? Just to remind me of how ugly they are..not to buy them or anything...I swear :teeth:

You can see all the different styles at www.crocs.com. I just ordered some of the Prima style, because they look like regular dress shoes! (And, they're gold, which means I can wear them with my gold Belle dress at MNSSHP! :teeth: )

I do, btw, own a pair of the cayman in light blue, and DH just bought some of the professional style in black...with jeans, the professional style looked just like any other shoe! I was really surprised!

Just visited the website hoping they had some of the Disney styles up :thumbsup2 . NOPE not yet. :sad2:

Crocks, the emporors new cloths come to mind

Here is a picture of the Disney ones. I got it off of a website a little while ago but don't recall where.

Wouldn't the MM icon look better if it was facing the opposite the direction with the ears closer to the leg?
