What do you guys think are they worth buying just for my WDW trip? I don't plan on buying the original crocs I plan on buying the Wal-Mart version.......

My children loved wearing theirs at WDW. My DH and I did not like it much. They are so big and there is not much support around your foot. Lots on the bottom. I have also heard the off brands are not very comfortable and they smell after a few days without socks. That's my 2 cents.

The walmart versions are not near as soft and pliable. The only good knock offs I have seen are the airwalk ones at payless. I have 3 pairs of the original crocs and I love them. I wish I could wear them to the office.

I wouldn't recommend anything but the original. My next door neighbor bought the Walmart brand and got big blisters on her feet. :sad2:

We went looking at Crocs for me before our first WDW trip and ended up buying DH a pair of Airwalks. I didn't like how any of them fit but he really liked the Airwalks for WDW and now wears them a lot. He only wears them with socks.

Not a guy, but my DH loves his. He was skeptical at first, but after seeing how much I loved mine, he broke down and bought a pair. Now he wears them all the time!

I think you could get away with the Aspen or Professional model at the office. :thumbsup2

My husband loves his CROCS. He hasnt worn them to WDW yet, but did wear them while recovering from back surgery. He has a black pair. I too would recommend the original. They hare kinda like Berks where they mould to your feet.

He even wears them outside of DW.
Yes, they look a bit nerdy (hey, I wear them too!!!)
but man, they are squishy and comfy on your feet.

Make sure a photopass person takes a full length photo of the family so you can show off your crocs!
Our photopass croc pics look sooooo funny!!!!

My DH wears his Crocs everywhere. He even wears them to and from work. He must wear work boots when on the clock but as soon as his shift is over he is back in Crocs.

I would spend the little bit extra and get the real Croc! :thumbsup2

I actually have two pairs, one red (which I got last year) and one navy blue, which are new. I find them to be incredibly comfortable, preferable to sandals, and perfect for storms.

As far as the Wal-mart version goes, I can't answer, since neither DW nor I will step foot in the store.

How much are the original Crocs?

I got my Khaki Caymens off the net for $26.00 free shipping! I wear them all the time and even on casual fridays at the office. The off brands are not even in the same class as real ones. I speak from experience.

Twice this week I've seen the same gentleman walking through Boston in his lime green crocs. (Could he be a fellow DISer?) He looks quite comfortable in them. I began wondering what his co-workers might say to him regarding his bright green crocs.

I bought my BF Crocs (the real ones) for around the house so he'd stop ruining his slippers by walking outside in them and he just shook his head. I caught him wearing them after about a week and now he loves them! He even asked me to p/u an extra pair for him :rotfl2:

I'd put the $$$ into the real thing, only way to go comfort wise.
