I love to use my Crock pot! I'm always amazed that I can put in the ingredients and come back later to a nice hot dinner.

Here's a recipe for people who like Curry flavor.

Chicken Curry
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch strips or chunks
2 large onions, quartered and sliced thinly
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce or Tamari
1 teaspoon Madras curry powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/3 cup chicken broth or water

Mix all ingredients, except rice, together in the slow cooker/Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low from 6 to 8 hours, or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice.

Thank YOU! That sounds so good and I have all the stuff to make it! So looks like I will be pulling chicken out for tomorrow!
I love crock pots!

Ooo, this sounds like a must-try!

Thanks, Beth. (I'm another crockpot fan.)

Thanks for the chicken recipe. I just discovered curry about a year ago. It adds a nice flavor. I also use it when I cook up onions & peppers.

Wonderful! I also use carrots and cauliflower in my chicken curry recipe. (It was originally a vegetarian curry recipe). Very nice and easy to make. And tastes delicious!
