CRO vs. WDTC

Is there still difference between these two when you call? I had ressie for CBR and everything was normal. Then I changed to POR and now my confirmation says my balance needs to be paid by 1/21/04. I've never had this happen before.

Yes,there still is a difference.The deposit requirements and cancellation policies are different for the two.When you call for reservations it seems to be random which one you are talking to.If you want to book through CRO make sure you insist on asking for them.

OK. I just called and had a VERY nice CM. She looked it up and told me there was an error in a code not being typed in when I changed my ressie. So I still don't know which one I had. My confirmation letter does say CRO in the corner. She said they are supposed to put a code in when it is a room only ressie, and that code wasn't put in. So....I'm all set now. Thanks!
