I can't remember which is the best to use. I think there are different cancellation policies etc. Anyone have any input on this? Thanks

Well, I think this is how it works -- If you are making a "room only" reservation your reservation is with CRO and you have to cancel at least five days prior to your check-in date.

If you book a package (room + tickets, dining, etc.), that reservation is with WDW Travel and you have to cancel at least 45 days prior to check-in date. You also have to pay the package in full at that time (45 days prior).

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks that is what I was looking for. I guess the number to call is the same. Now I just have to find it.

1-800-828-0228 Press 1 for new res; Press 2 for existing res; Press 3 for Dining. :)

The two merged a while back.

Now when you call, just advise if you want a room only reservation or a package. The room only payment, change, and cancelltion policies are still the same as before, as are the package payment, change and cancellation policies. :)
