CRO - Cancelling Bookings

Am I correct in thinking if you have a booking with CRO (through Dreams Unlimited) that you can cancel it without losing your deposit? I am having to re-arrange some dates and don't think we will be able to stay on-site.

Cancellations for room only bookings can be made up to five days prior to arrival without losing your deposit - if you are booked thorugh Dreams Unlimited, contact your agent and tell them you need to cancel, and they will handle it for you
