What were we thinking? DSIL and I planned this trip in May. We are using DVC to stay at OKW. She is paying and booked through CRO. We decided to add on some extra days at the beginning and wanted to try a different resort. Sooo, wanting to use our new AAA membership, I decided to let them book those extra days.
The problem - Not that its really a problem, just an inconvenience. No one's system talks to the other one. First, we found out that CRO doesn't have access to DVC units and their reservations. So I called MS, and had them add her CRO number to our DVC reservation. She did the opposite with CRO.
Then when I called CRO to make some requests for our POR stay, they told me they can't see the ressie's that AAA books. AUGH!!!!!!
So since we booked three different ways, we'll have to communicate three different ways until we arrive. Just wanted to pass along this to prevent someone else this challenge. If I'd only know that I could book through CRO and still get the AAA discount, I would have done that myself.
