Isn't there a 800 number to CRO. Also what time do they open and what time zone????

800-828-0288 That use to be a number you could get to the WDTC. I found these someplace a while ago but I don't know if they work. You could try 421-3732 & 788-7482. Good Luck. I have the Disney club but they won't help you if you don't have amembership.
