We have decided to do the DDP and have the following reservations in order:

Sun - Boma
Mon - Cape May
Tues - Ohana
Wed - Yachtsman
Thur - None
Fri - ???

Need one more for Friday dinner. I want something either close to the resort (Beach Club) or close to MK/Epcot. No certain plans for the Friday but we'll be in that area. Kids are older so probably not interested in character meals. Considering one of the following and we've never tried any:

Cape May again (never been but menu looks decent)
Kona (wife is probably against this one)
Captain's Grille at Yacht Club
Teppan Edo (not excited about the fact that they don't have fried rice or soup)
Crystal Palace
Whispering Canyon
Le Cellier for lunch

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I haven't eaten there yet, but I have heard great things about Kouzinna on the Boardwalk. That would be convenient from your resort.

The menu at Kouzinna has some interesting items and might be a good option. Thanks for the recommendation.

Funny, ive heard the opposite about kouzzina, that its not that great. To each his own right? i guess if you like the menu then why not give it a whirl. ;)

On your list i think the following are worth a shot:

Teppan Edo - if you have teppanyaki in your home town then i would skip this. But the food is quite good, even without the fried rice & soup. They give you plenty. I always leave stuffed. And believe it or not, the steak here was way better than the one i had at Le Cellier. Shocker right?
Crystal Palace - we always have a great meal here. very yummy.
Le Cellier - even thou im not a big fan, most ppl worship this place

If your considering epcot, have you thought about Via Napoli, Biergarten or Tutto Italia?

Captains Grille...we ate there in September for the first time. The food was great and the service was even better. We will be going back next trip!!

The Captain's Grille menu is pretty diverse and looks pretty good. Don't seem to hear much about on this board. Wonder if its because of the location?

I'd like to try Biergarten but got shot down by the family on that one - several aren't very adventurous eaters.
