Critique my Sept ADR plans please!

on the DDxP plan for the first 4 nights at BLT, then regular DDP for last 4 nights at BCV - a little fuzzy for last 4 days:

9/23 - 12pm LTT; 7pm - CRT (want to check out MNSSHP on the way out to see if we want to do it later in the week).
9/24 - 8am Tusker House; 5pm Via Napoli
9/25 - 11:30 Le Cellier; 7pm Kona
9/26 - 8:30am Kona; 5pm Narcosse's
9/27 - 12pm Sci Fi; 7:30 Flying Fish
9/28 - Maybe Cape May Breakfast before Waterpark; 7pm Kouzzina or Captain's Grille
9/29 - Flame Tree Lunch; latest possible Mama Melrose's F Package Dinner
9/30 - Kouzzina or Captains Grille Dinner or WPE
10/1 - need help here, what time does Les Chefs open for lunch? plane leaves at 4, so guessing ME will come at 1pm, will we have time to a Les Chefs lunch? easy walk to Beach Club? maybe a Cape May, Captains or Kouzzina breakfast?

Trying to do new places this year, have done WCC, Wave, Ohana, 1900 PF, California Grill, Boma,

CRT will have to be BEFORE 7 pm on the MNSSHP night...even if its only a few minutes before.

Les Chefs opens at 12:00 so that'll be cutting it too close with DME.
