My 180 day mark is coming up in 17 days :scared1: so I need to finish making all my dining decisions! Anyone want to comment on what I've got down so far?

For the purposes of this "schedule" - early breakfast means as close to 8AM as possible, early lunch is 11-11:30ish, late lunch is 2-3PM-ish, late dinner means in the realm of 8-9PM. Just me, no kids, but I wanted to do lots of character meals anyway! :thumbsup2

Tue Jan 8 - Arrival day:
- AoA food court lunch
- 8:30 HDDR

Wed Jan 9: (AK)
- Early breakfast at Tusker House
- Dinner at Jiko - Not going to be picky with the time on this one as long as it's after AK closes, which is 5PM, so... :lmao:

Thur Jan 10: (Studios)
- Early lunch at Brown Derby - maybe the Fantasmic package?
- Late dinner at Narcossee's - how much time will I need to get over there after a 6:30 Fantasmic?

Fri Jan 11: (MK)
- Early breakfast at Crystal Palace
- Late dinner at Citricos

Sat Jan 12: (Epcot)
- Early breakfast at Akershus
- Dinner at Bistro de Paris - is 7pm-ish a good dinner time if I want to go see Illuminations after I eat?

Sun Jan 13: (Sleep in/explore resorts/EAT!)
- Late breakfast at 1900 Park Fare
- Late lunch at Biergarten (I REALLY want to eat here - I'll probably be entering Epcot just for this meal and I'm ok with that)
- 8:00 Spirit of Aloha

Mon Jan 14: (Epcot Day 2)
- Early-ish lunch at Le Cellier
- Late-ish dinner at Flying Fish Cafe

Tue Jan 15: (MK Day 2)
- Early breakfast at CRT
- Late dinner at Chef Mickey's - I know the reviews largely suck for dinner, I have my reasons! :thumbsup2

Wed Jan 16: US/IoA
(No ADRs)

Thur Jan 17 - Departure day:
- Late breakfast at Ohana

Those are some really good places - I the only one that I would swap would be the Narcoossee and the Flying Fish. The logistics to get out the Studios after Fantasmic and get to a bus (or your car) and get to the Grand Floridian would be putting you eating at around 9:00 (if you want to eat that late) - whereas if you book Flying Fish for 8:00, you should have plenty of time to get from the studios to the boardwalk (boat or walk). But if you dont have a car you might have to spring for a cab back to your hotel. On the 14th you book a rather early lunch and then hop the monorail to the Grand Floridian for dinner at Narcoossee around 6:00 and then you can hop the monorail back to Epcot, or go to MK and get a bus home.

Eating at 9pm wouldn't bother me, but I'll consider swapping those dinners for less of a time crunch. Thanks for the input :)

I agree with the PP that if you want to have the least time crunch, then swap Narcoossee's with Flying Fish. However, if you were planning on eating late, then it might not really matter (my family likes to eat around 8 pm, so we're going to try going from Fantasmic to Narcoossee's in October). Flying Fish is easy to get to (either walk or take the boat) from DHS. You could probably catch the GF bus from DHS after Fantasmic to get to Narcoossee's (and then taxi back to your resort).

Your Bistro to Illuminations might be a bit tight. Signatures take about 90 minutes to two hours and if Illuminations is at 9pm, then that only gives you two hours. I would try to move the ADR closer to 6:30 pm so you can have time to find a place afterwards (and not feel like you have to watch the clock the entire meal).

I am curious how the timing will work for you. Let us know how it goes! I am trying to figure out my ADRs too and struggling with giving us enough time to recover between meals.

We do DxDP for our trips. Your ADRs look very good. The one comment I have is I don't think I could enjoy two buffets back to back for breakfast and lunch. I am concerned you won't be able to enjoy Biergarten because you will still be too full from breakfast. Both meals seem heavy/hearty to me. I have planned some three TS meal days for us, but not two buffets back to back.

Also, I agree with other posters about minimizing transportation times. Transportation can eat up a lot of time and energy. So, after several trips, I do try to make my ADRs as convenient as I can based on where we are at. Not sure where you are staying and if you have a car. You might factor in at least 30 minutes (ofter more) for travel each way. Again, your ADRs look good. I like your restaurant choices. Have a great and delicious trip!:goodvibes
