how's timing? sugguestions/ anything u think i did wrong? good blend of people together and not together?

I would try to get BOG earlier if possible on your Halloween Party night. Those tix are pricey, so I would not want to waste time in a TS restaurant. The latest dinner time for us is 5PM.

Ha a great family trip!

I think your plans look great!! I would have to agree with the PP regarding BOG and the party night. I have one for 4:55 and i think that's a perfect time. Any later and you may not be hungry again for all the good snacks:tongue:

MNSSHP: I agree that you should plan dinner much earlier. If you are only using party tickets that day to enter the MK you can get in starting at 4:00, so make a dinner reservation around 4:30 to allow time to get in, and get your wristband and trick or treat bag before heading to BOG. HalloWishes is at 9:30, but the first parade is at 8:15.

V&A/Cali Grill: After dinner at V&A you might not want more drinks at Cali Grill, especially if you do the wine pairings. :) Also, if you are planning to go up just for drinks and to see the fireworks,it is a popular idea with many so if it is crowded the CMs at the podium on the second floor will limit the number of people going up.

You have many late nights planned. Will there be downtime during the midday for the little ones?

one of our favorite things are the fireworks and parades so even if we have to start day later, just to see fireworks is worth it for us. also, we do always go back to room mid afternoon for break and get changed.

where do u pick up your wrist band and bags for halloween party?

anyone know where that water parade starts and where to view from? i saw it a few times in passing watiing for the bus but never watched the whole thing? any input on that would be greatly appreciated also.

Immediately after you go through the turnstiles there will be many castmembers ready to put the band on your wrist. The wristband shows that you have a party ticket so you must get it as soon as you enter. Right after that will be more CMs with the trick or treat bags. The bags are small, about the size of a lunch bag, so you might want to bring a bigger bag if you plan to do a lot of trick or treating. We usually wait until close to the end of the party so we don't have to carry around all that candy all evening. If you used a regular ticket to spend the day in the MK, there will be one or two additional places to get your wristband and trick or treat bag if you are already in the park. Last year we got ours in Tomorrowland near Stitch's Great Escape.

The Electric Water Pageant travels through Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake nightly. Here's some info:

ok here are my plans how does this sound:

Arrive disney Oct 2nd around noon
Via Napoli 8pm - 10 people (earliest i could find! and i did it 180 days out at 6am)
San Angel at 7:30pm 2 people

Saturday Oct 3
Whatever park we want
Yatchman 625pm - 6 people
Coral reef at 7:15 or Trattoria Al forno at 6:55pm - 6 people --- which should i keep? i want to release whichever i don't use asap

Sunday Oct 4
Hollywood studio day
Mama Melrose fantasmic package 2:30pm - all 12 people

Monday Oct 5
Animal Kingdom in morning - EP or MK at night
Tucker house breakfast at 10:20am

Tuesday Oct 6
I tried soooooooooooo hard for BOG dinner for any night i'm there and couldn't get it
MNSSHP this night for 8 of us
so lunch at BOG for all 12 - it's QS - at 11:30am
dinner for party goers at Kona Cafe - 8 people at 6:30pm (how is time and how is food? never been)
others are gonig to portobello at 7:10pm

Wednesday Oct 7
special day - me and husband going to victoria and alberts!!! so excited at 6pm
rest of family is going to Crystal Palace at 6:20pm

last full day Thursday October 8
all of going to Tutto Italia at 6:30pm

is it wrong not to have set parks during most of the days?
we have 3 kids ages 5, 2, and 8 months going (2 my sisters' baby is mine) so we plan getting breaks mid day and then going back for dinners

what is good/ what is bad about our plans. please help!

I would change your Kona time. By the time you leave MK go to the Poly and go back to MK you will be spending a lot of time away. The monorail places are going to be busy with people that didn't have tickets, left MK and you may have a long wait for your table.
There is a 5:15pm reservation on the system now. If you can't get a TS, I would stay in MK and do a QS dinner too.

The rest look great! With the kids, I would pick Coral Reef over Trattoria. Have fun.

thanks 5disney. I will look into earlier reservations. i was made that time thinking BOG lunch by time we go back to hotel and go back to resrutant we wouldn't have much of a break.

anyone know much about prices here?
the way it works out my brother, sister and brother in law need to pay out of pocket for 1 meal I figured a set meal
Tucker house breakfast
Mama Melrose package
or crystal palace dinner?
