Hi all! I was finally able to get our fastpasses scheduled (will probably change once AK night stuff comes out) but here's what I have so far. Please give input if I have something wonky!
Family: 2 Adults, 1-8 year old, 1-small 5.5 year old (5th Disney trip with kids, 1st time at Universal)
+ possibly my sister her hubby and infant (AP holders).
Universal - 3 day park - park passes (will upgrade to AP)
Disney - 5 day park passes with park hoppers
dining plan
staying at CBR
Arrival:
May 12th: land around noon, take car service to Universal Area Hotel - go to Universal Studios HPP etc.
May 13th: Universal Studios
May 14th: Universal Studios
May 15th: Take Uber to CBR, Kids do Pirate Adventure Cruise 9:30 - 11:30, rest of the day swim and settle in.
May 16th: RD at HS, sign up for Jedi Training, do SW Launch bay
9:30 - 10:30 FP+ for TSMania
10:30 - 11:30 FP+ for Tower of Terror
11:50 - 12:50 FP+ for Star Tours
Would like to see Star Wars path of the Jedi Show, One Man's Dream Ride and The Great Movie Ride (if its still open)
Around 2:30pm/3pm take boat to Epcot
- no specific plans here yet, see what FP+ I can get, do the Visa Photo Area, try to see Jeweled Dragon Acrobats, and maybe Test Track.
6:30: ADR Teppan Edo
Illuminations Fireworks
May 17th: RD at MK, start in Tomorrowland and do Space Mountain (big kid) and maybe Bzz Lightyear (little kid)
9:50 - 10:50 FP+ SDMT
11-12 FP+ BTMR
12-1 FP+ Splash Mountain
3pm watch Festival of Fantasy Parade
4:20 ADR at BOG
Would like to fit in the MK Railroad we've never done it. Return to hotel for early night/swimming if boys are ready
May 18th: RD at AK, Start with Wilderness Exploring maybe try to do morning safari
Morning touring without FPs like Dinosaur, seeing animals, sights, visiting the playground.
12:00 try to catch the Festival of the Lion King
Lunch Flame Tree
1:20-2:20 FP+ Kali River Rapids
2:40-3:40 FP+ Expedition Everest (little kid do something else)
3:40 - 4:40 FP+ Kilimanjaro Safaris (would like to change this to night safari if it becomes available
5:20 ADR Tusker House - hoping to change to dining package
Try and catch River of Lights and other new nighttime events
Other plan is to take bus to monorail hotel and see the Electrical Water Pageant (9pm) from the Poly beach, then watch the MK Fireworks from the beach as well. Might be able to fit both in.
MK open until 1am, doubt the kids will make it but might have Aunt bring them back to hotel and babysit.
May 19th: RD at MK (if not to tired) Start in Fantasy Land, Peter Pan & 7DMT
10:20 - 11:20 - Buzz Lightyear Spin
12:15 ADR BOG QS
1:55 - 2:55 7DMT
3:25 - 4:25 BTMR
6:10 - ADR Liberty Tree Tavern (if dining package opens for show try to get that)
If didn't see night shows Wednesday see them tonight.

May 21st: Check out, then 9:30 ADR at Chef Mickeys, go back to hotel and maybe swim more (or do DS before evening flight.)
My main concerns... although Hollywood studios are my boys favorite with SW, the construction there does seem to have a lot of closures, same with Epcot, however Epcot has the F&G going on so I'm wondering if I'll regret not having more time there. We are totally flexible (though this seems very planned out) to change plans and park hop if the boys want to, and/or take afternoon swim breaks. we dont' care about missing our FP+ if we want to change our plans.
