Looks excellent.

Assuming you are staying at Poly with two [2] ADR's there on the same day.

You have a very long day in Epcot with two [2] meals scheduled on one day. I'm not sure I'd return.....in part, because Animal Kingdom should be enjoyed at least on one evening to enjoy 'glowing plants' in the very soon to open Pandora.

Since you seem to enjoy Signatures, Rivers of Light dining package at Tiffins would be my suggestion.

On Friday and Saturday, your dinner reservation is in the Magic Kingdom area--but you are doing two different parks on each day, plus your hotel isn't in that area. Also, those are both restaurants that I would probably want to go back to the room and freshen up/change before dining. What time you were you planning to have the reservation for?

Also, are you planning to see any of the night time shows like Fantasmic! Rivers of light, etc?
I have done the Fantasmic! dining package several times and really think it's a great way to go. I have done it with Mama Melrose and Brown Derby, and prefer it with Brown Derby.
I have not done it with Rivers of Light yet, but plan to, most likely with Tiffins.

That Epcot day is going to be our "drink around the world day" so planning on staying in world showcase all day ending on Via Napoli to coat our stomachs :) My first AK day I definitely want to stay until it gets dark to see Pandora at night. Is Tiffins too "exotic"?

That is my dilemma. Those menus appeal to me but I don't know if it will be too much running around. I was thinking an early dinner at Narcosses so go to AK in the morning, back to hotel to freshen up, then Narcosses around 5 or so and finish the night at Epcot. Does the monorai make it somewhat convenient to go from monorail resorts to Epcot? I don't know how to work California Grill in with a hotel break but was thinking dining there at 8 or later so we could be there for fireworks!

Yes I've thought about doing fantasmic dining package our first night at brown Derby. Do you think it's worth the money? We are paying OOP. Also is it too risky to do that on arrival day?

For some people, the curries at Tiffins can certainly be considered 'exotic'.

You can also dine on the buffet at Tusker House for a FP+ for Rivers of Light (and meet Mickey & friends).

And if you skip RoL, make certain to go to the Tree Lighting.

There are also Star Wars Dessert Parties, etc. in other Parks to potentially consider that serve adult beverages.

Regardless, you seem to have an excellent understanding and plan.

Universal.... you don't mention where are you planning to eat there, so here is my advice, if you're doing both parks Do eat either at the Three Broomsticks at Harry Potter, or Mytho's also at IoA, both places serve very good food, and Mytho's is THE best restaurant inside Universal parks, and their prices are reasonable. Have a great trip!

These two could be an issue. Narcosses is at the Grand Floridian. It doesn't make much sense to try to fit in AK and Epcot, then go all the way to the GF for dinner. I guess it is possible if you go to AK, then take the bus to GF and eat dinner, then hop the monorail to Epcot, but you are spending a ton of time traveling.

Same thing for the California Grill. It is at the Contemporary. There is no efficient way to do Epcot & HS and dinner at the California Grill. I'd look for something at one of those parks or in between, like at the Beach Club or Boardwalk.

Are you seeing the CP at Epcot? If so I would book the dining package for that to ensure you get a seat. The info should be out for that the beginning of July.
