Critique my ADRs

We are goning Jan5 -12 2011 with Me, DH (running marathon) DD7, DS5, and then being joined later on in the vaca with MIL, FIL, BIL, BIL.

Jan 5- Chef Mickey's 10:10 am
Jan 6- I'm torn between Mama Melrose F! package or 50's Prime Time...both have opening at 4:30
Jan 7- Yak & Yeti 4:45
Jan 8- Whispering Canyon Cafe 1:05pm
Jan 9- 'ohana 6:35 for all 8 of us
Jan 10- Garden Grill 5:50 for all 8
Jan 11- Coral Reef 6:05 for 8
Jan 12- 1900 Park Fare breakfast 10:15 for 8

We will not be hopping...but I'm just curious what other Disney Fanatics think about my ADRs...

Jan 5- Chef Mickey's 10:10 am Not our favorite (we prefer Crystal Palace), but still an enjoyable charactger meal
Jan 6- I'm torn between Mama Melrose F! package or 50's Prime Time...both have opening at 4:30We LOVE Mama Melrose...have never had a bad meal or bad service; it's been about 12 years since we were at 50's Prime Time
Jan 7- Yak & Yeti 4:45Loved this when we went in 2008 and are only sorry we've notn been able to squeeze it again
Jan 8- Whispering Canyon Cafe 1:05pmSorry this is one of two Disney restaurants we will NEVER eat at again at Disney
Jan 9- 'ohana 6:35 for all 8 of usnever done
Jan 10- Garden Grill 5:50 for all 8it's been about 12 years for this one as well but we always had a good meal
Jan 11- Coral Reef 6:05 for 8it's been 10 years and we were going back this year until our touring plans changed and I couldn't get the time I wanted (so we're going to Biergarten instead)...it gets mixed reviews
Jan 12- 1900 Park Fare breakfast 10:15 for 8never done, but I understand breakfast is much better than dinner

We will not be hopping...but I'm just curious what other Disney Fanatics think about my ADRs...

If you want to see Fantasmic, book the package. You'll have similar food at WCC and Garden Grill as you'll have at PT, so you won't miss out on this basic food.
