Well, that was incredibly stupid. When Hotch said they should be careful about going up to any guy and talk to him to be sure he's the unsub, I'm sure he didn't mean confront the guy and ask for proof of his credentials and send the guy into a panic.

Ha! I just recognized the FBI agent that got killed. He was a real life FBI agent and he's the FBI consultant/technical advisor for CM and one of it's producers.

Next week starts the possible 3 week Derek arc.

Unfortunately, there's some new evidence pointing to Shemar/Morgan being the one leaving Episode 16 is titled "Derek" and it's being directed by TG. Then Joe's directing the next one, and MGG's directing the one after that. The episode MGG directs is supposed to be the one where someone leaves. That one is also being co-written by Kirsten.

They've never had TG/JM/MGG directed episodes all in a row like that before. That sounds like it could be a three part exit story arc for Morgan

And then the episode after that is named:
