I always felt that Prentiss was saying what Paget really felt. And that's why I was okay with her leaving in the end. CBS really jerked her around. She had already artistically moved onto other things and then they ordered her back without consulting her. It no longer fit her. And it was CBS's fault in the first place for her feeling that way.

I had no idea he had problems like that! I didn't even recognize his picture. I had to read the article to see who he was. Clearly he won't be coming back to the show. I miss Kevin.

I wondered the same thing. Usually a problem with alcohol shows up first in little signs. Maybe he was late for work a couple times, came on set reeking of alcohol and just didn't know hos lines. So maybe they decided to cool the relationship to give him a chance to straighten up. It would fit how they wrote Garcia's storyline. Some major event could have happened where she realizes (like J.J.) that their lives are way too short & precious and she did want to marry him after all. But, as the actor playing Kevin got worse instead of better, they gave Garcia a totally different boyfriend and dropped the possibility of her & Kevin ever getting back together.

Nicholas Brendon, the actor who used to play Kevin, should be the poster boy for how to ruin one's career and blow up one's life.
