Are there supposed to be rewards in all cartridges?? I know I didn't get any in the 3 new ones I ordered at Christmas time . . . if there should be, will ProvoCraft assist you???

I had missing ones in some of mine too. There is a link on the site
to click on and put on the sku# that is on the top of the box
and it tells you what to do from there.
