So, I finally caved and bought myself a cricut expression. Does anyone know of a thread or website with any helpful hints and tricks? I am determined to get my moneys worth! Thanks!

Try cricut.com and go to the messageboard. There are a mast amount of different catagories you can click on and read or ask a question about.

The cricut boards are great for info, but sometimes the ladies get a little catty. Make sure to check out the general crafting section of the cricut boards...it is amazing what people come up with!

And learn yourself about the Sure Cuts a Lot (SCAL) software from Cutting Edge. They also have a forum on the cutting edge website that is awesome and very friendly and helpful. Not at all catty.

But one rule of thumb is to not talk about SCAL on the Cricut forum. Your post may be deleted.

Also, to be fair there is another software similar to SCAL that is Make the Cut. MTC is going thru a lawsuit. And their forum seems very intense right now. That's all I have to say about that.

Thank you ladies! I had no idea there was so much info out there. I got my expression yesterday and cannot wait until this afternoon to break it out!

Dogcarbon, thanks for clearing up what SCAL means-I had no idea. I will definitely check it out.
