Hi, my 10 month old does not like to sleep in a pack in play and we were told we could request a crib instead, has anyone used a crib at the disney resorts, we're staying at the yacht club, if so were they in good condition, or would you not recommend using them?

It was October 2005, but we were able to get two full sized cribs at the Beach Club. They were metal, but were in fine condition, clean, and came with crib sheets.

Does it cost anything to use thier cribs? I was told the pack and plays were free but was not sure about the cribs?

They acted like they are free of charge, because I actually went ahead and requested one, and they did not say it would cost extra.

We had two of them in January this year. They were very nice and clean. The only problem with them was the fact that the rail did not drop down. It can be quite a distance to the bottom if you are shorter. In that case request an extra mattress to raise the child up. Even though you requested one on your reservation, you will have to call mousekeeping once you get into your room to have it delivered. There is also no extra cost for this, and they even supply the sheets for them with baby Mickey's and Donald's on them.
