crib rental?

we have made a last minute decision to fly on our upcomming trip rather than drive. I might want to rent a crib, as our boy has not done to well in the practice sleeps in the pack n play. Anybody have some info or a website of a company that rents cribs?

If you're staying at a DVC property, you may not have to rent a crib. When we went to BWV last Thanksgiving, they provided a crib for our (then) 5 1/2 month old daughter. DD wasn't keen on pack & plays and preferred to be up higher.

The down side is that the crib is made of aluminum tube, so it's a little cold and institutional. Either way, it worked for us.

We thankfully, are out of that stage. We noted (we have 3 kids), that this past trip was the first trip to WDW without a stroller. There is light at the end of the tunnel! One place we always rented from that we were happy with was Kids in Safety Seats. They are on the way from MCO to WDW. We have only rented strollers from them, but everything through the years has worked out fine. They do deliver, we have done it both ways, but for a crib I think you would need the delivery. A Baby's Best Friend www.abbf.com rents all types of baby equipment and will even deliver/pick-up at all WDW resorts. I've read GREAT reviews of them and would highly recommend them.

Wow! I didn't know they still had cribs. I remember getting one at the GF when my 11 yr old was a baby.

This is good to know. My youngest is a pro at climbing out of the pack and play. But he couldn't climb out of the crib. Is there an extra charge for this? I am so happy! I may actually get to sleep a little!!!

I have to concur about ABBF. They were wonderful. We used them last year for my son and are using them again this December. It took my husband about 30 minutes to put it together, it'll be less this time around.


You won't be disappointed if you use them.
