All of the resorts have a limited number of actual cribs (infirmary style) that they give out on a first come first served basis. If you want to go the rental route, A Baby's Best Friend is the company that I'd recommend.

I don't want to go the rental route, but when I called CB they told me they only have pack n plays. We had a crib at the Poly last September and it worked out great. I was sad to find out that CB does not have any.

A Baby's Best Friend rents full size cribs with full thickness spring mattresses. They can no longer drop off/pick up from the luggage room so you would need to schedule to meet them in person. They don't deliver to you past a certain time.
Kingdom Strollers rents full size cribs with a thinner mattress (3 or 4 inch foam) and they can drop off/pick up from the luggage room.
We've rented from both on different trips and I didn't notice a difference on how DD slept on either mattress. The cribs from both companies were the same folding full size design.
I used Babies R Us online, (look for their Orlando rentals info on the website or google BRU Orlando rentals). They were great! Delivered full crib (folding) with beautiful pale green and yellow Pooh crib set. I also ordered a diaper genie elite! They were great and I Highly recommend!
