crib or toddler bed(rentall)?HELP

I just switched my 2y/0 to a toddler bed about a week ago, I really wanted to wait till after out trip to do it but he was climbing out in the middle of the night. He has adjusted to his toddler bed pretty well. So now here is the problem, I have a crib rental reserved for our trip(we leave Sunday!) should I change it to a toddler bed rental? My dh says to leave it since he will be sleeping in the room with his brother(in the townhouse) and probably wont climb out if he wakes in the middle of the night and see's big bro sleeping next to him in a bed. But I just dont know what to do...Im really starting to think he may be happier in the toddler bed but I dont want him roaming around the house in the middle of the night!

How about a toddler bed with a rail? I am wondering if he will rebel once he has been in a bed about getting into the crib. Or you could rent a gate I'd bet if you are worried about roaming. JJ
