HOW TO ENTER. There are two ways to enter. 1. Obtain an official entry form found in participating magazines or in the special advertising insert in your May 19, 2002 Sunday paper; or hand print your full name, complete address, daytime phone number, date of birth, your Creme Savers Dream Flavor combination (one of the two ingredients must be creme) on a 3 x 5 card/paper and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Dream Flavor Creme Savers Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 3343, Department XX, Maple Plain, MN 55593-3343. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2002 and received by August 9, 2002. 2. Access the Creme Savers website at www.candystand.com and click on the Creme Savers icon. Complete the on-line official entry form and click on the submit icon to enter the Sweepstakes. All Internet entries must be received by 11:59 PM EDT, July 31, 2002. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address per day, regardless of method of entry.
