Where has everyone had creme brulee, and how good was it?
We had milk chocolate at Fulton's and maple at Le Cellier. Both were delicious!

kirkharrod said:I make it at home, and it is great. Simple as can be. It only has 4 ingredients: cream, egg yolks, sugar , vanilla.

ExPirateShopGirl said:On Easter we attended a really nice brunch where the pastry chef was at the ready to make you creme brulee while you watched. The custard was already set in small ramekins and she would top one with sugar and torch it until it turned golden brown. It was fantastic....

It would get yucky if they had pre-burnt ones sitting around for hours, and would be all goopy around the top.
