Creme Brulee ... once a day ...

Ok, I admit .... I LOVE creme brulee. If we are going to be there for 9 days, and if I'm going to have it once a day .... what flavor and where is everyone's favorite? Thank you for your suggestions!!

My Dh loves creme brulee and his favorite is Pistachio Creme Brulee from Tony's and his least favorite is Banana-Chocolate Creme Brulee from Kona Cafe. He eats creme brulee at any restaurant that offers it!

I'm a HUGE creme brulee fan, too, (the more I eat, the bigger I get ) and I LOVE the maple one at LeCellier and the vanilla one at Les Chefs de France. Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD and Sunshine Seasons both were outstanding for CS desserts. I'm really looking forward to the banana one at Kona and the pistachio one at Jiko. There's a little french place in Manhattan that has the most unbelievable pistachio creme brulee, which is maybe the best thing I've ever tasted in my life, I'm curious how the Jiko one compares (Tony's just never makes our list of ADR's, so probably not ever gonna try that one).

I usually get the vanilla creme brulee at the Patisserie in France. It's reasonably-priced, and doesn't require dining at a table service restaurant.

believe it or not, the creme brulee at wolfgang puck express in dtd is excellent!!! just that is great use of a CS credit... the fact that it comes w/a meal and a drink is just a bonus!

At Jiko they have a pistachio creme brulee over a chocolate base.

liked the maple creme brulee at Le Cellier; the one at Les Chefs was OK; LOVE the banana-fudge creme brulee at Kona. The one at Coral Reef was good too.

We were severely underimpressed with the creme brulee dessert at W. Puck Express. First, it was very small; second, it was very bland. Could barely taste vanilla in it. More like a tasteless pudding. I know, people rave about it...so maybe we got a batch made by a new chef or something. Anyway, next time we went there we just got frozen yogurt.

Well, I myself hate it, BUT my oldest DD LOVES it, she can't get enough. She had it daily last time too and her favorite was WPE. We took 4 or 5 home with us on our last day in a cooler for her.

Ohhh I love this question! My favorite creme brulee is the chocolate banana from Kona. DH really loves "The Original" at CG which is butterscotch creme brulee.

This was absolutely outstanding. You'd think it wouldn't work at all because lime and custard are so very different and both very strong flavors, but I like to have a citrus dessert after fish, and so I ordered it (and I'm not a huge creme brulee fan, I like it but I don't love it) and it was absolutely divine. Perfect balance between the lime and the custard. Definitely the best I had.

My very favorite is the butterscotch crème brûlée at Coral Reef. The maple one at Le Cellier and anything of the vanilla variety are excellent too. I'm not a big fan of chocolate, but I did enjoy the chocolate banana crème brûlée at Kona Café as well.

We LOVED the one at Yachtsman! They also have a good one for a snack credit (or as a dessert) at Sunshine Seasons in The Land Paviliion at Epcot (just outside of Soarin').

I have tried Wolfgang Pucks, maple from Le Cellier, choc/bananna from Kona..the winner hands down was Kona. That was one of the best desserts I have ever eaten.

Very funny, my son will love this one. He had the Creme Brule when we ate at WPE last year and he would definitely agree with you.

He also has Creme Brule at any restaurant that offers it and he is particularily fond of the Maple one at Le Cellier and the Banana one at Kona.

If you're in the area, the brulee at Flying Fish is better than what you get in France in Epcot. I also like Narcoossee's and Wolfgang Puck's.
