Credits on SW

If your flight drops in price two times are you issued a separate credit each time it drops? How many credits can you use at one time when you book a new flight? Thanks

It should all go back into your travel funds bank on SW. It's not vouchers like on Delta, etc. It's just one pot.

The credits stay with the reservation number. So if you cancel two flights with different reservation numbers then you will have two separate credits. If one flight has multiple price drops the amounts will combine for that reservation number.

Not true. We had two price drops for three passengers under the same reservation and it shows up as 6 credits for future flights. When we booked our next trip, we had to each make separate reservations as southwests system will only let each reservation use 4 credits. It was a pain but it worked and saved us a ton of $$$!
