Is a CC now required for all ADRs or just Signature restaurants?

I am fairly sure I needed a credit card guarantee for Boma and Jungle Skipper Canteen, so it sounds like it's now required for all ADRs.

There's pre-pay on a few items like CRT and the dessert parties. The rest all seem to require CC's in case you don't show up they can charge you the $10 no-show fee.
