Credit card security concern at resort

Hi,
We returned 2 weeks ago from a great 10 day disney vacation staying at the polynesian and beach club. I received my credit card statement today and noticed a security concern.
Our credit card was charged at checkout for the full amount (which was correct), but a week after check out there was a second charge for the exact same amount, but it was a cash advance on the credit card rather than a regular charge.

Could the resort have accidentally charged me twice or should I be concerned about fraud since it shows the second charge as a cash advance?

I called the resort, but they said check back after the long weekend. I called the credit card company and cancelled the card and they said they would look into it.

Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I have not personally, but have seen others here on the DIS have similar things happen. If it was a cash advance that was someone with your credit card number trying to get cash.

You should be concerned with fraud. Since you've already notified your credit card, they will handle it. Sorry that happened to you.
