credit card question

This is a question I have never seen posted anywhere. Some in my family do not have credit cards. How will that work with charging. They are bringing plenty of cash and travelers checks. Will they have to put a deposit or anything, or can they not charge to their card?

Any help would be appreciated.

They can apply a cash deposit. I don't remember how much we initally put down, but we charged away on the trip and got a letter in our room telling us we exceeded the limit and we ran down and put more on the account and contiuned charging. No problem

That's correct and you can periodically check by getting a printout to see if you need to put more money down. Start with say $500.00
