Creations Reweards Emails - GMAIL

Hi, just wondering if some people may have some advice. I have my gmail account set up and I have not received a Creations Rewards Email in about 4 weeks. Up until that time I was having no problem receiving them at all. I checked my spam box to see if it was being directly put in there and there are none in there....any ideas, have others been receiving the emails. Is there something I did inadvertently maybe.

I've been getting mine and it's been pretty regular as of late.

Maybe it takes a bit to get into the system. Have you sent an email off to them?
