CBR. CSR has a larger pool area but I don't like that the food court is not next to the main pool.

I don't think you can go wrong with either of them. It all comes down to theming.

It all depends on your preferred theme-we stayed at both and though we preferred CSR for its grounds, food court and overall feeling, we would definitely stay at CBR again as well. They are both great!

That said, I'll vote for CSR in the final round ! Our family loves it there. Beautiful resort with three distinct themes, awesome pool/slide/hot tub, lake that just sparkles with all the lights at night, good transportation, great upscale food court and lots of amenities !

I have been to both now, and we loved CS. It was only my DS and I at CBR this past January, but we really didn't like it very much. It felt like a cheapie Island off of Disney property to us. I know many people love it there but we didn't like the feel, the food court with its small selections, or the small main pool. Granted, we didn't swim in January, but it was SOOOO small! Even with the small January swim crowd it was packed! CS'ss grounds felt more like Disney and like Mexico than CBR's attempt at the Caribbean. Yes, I have been to Mexico three times and to Jamaica and St. Lucia.

I know on paper that CBR is bigger than CS, but it really didn't feel that way in the room. CS felt bigger, and it might have been due to the fact there was usable window space infront of the window area rather than the heater/ac/fan. There were three of us sharing space at CS v. two at CBR.

Pepper market had a ton of choices made fresh. The portions were HUGE! For a lighter snack, the pool bar area had a snack bar for hotdogs/hamburgers/nachos/etc. Both the pool bar and Francisco's in the lobby area made great drinks.

This is just our opinion so take it for what its worth. Many people love one, the other, or both equally.
