Crazy Question About Cotton Candy!

I can't believe I need to ask this question but my DH is a cotton candy fan and he would like to know if the cotton candy is on a cone(like the old fashioned type that you would get at a fair)or in a bag. Any help is appreciated.

When I had it in May, it was in a bag.

At the Candy shop on Main Street it is also in the bag but it is just as good as the kind at the fair. It isn't like that prepacked fake kind. You can get Pink or blue. Other places might have different colors. And if you are on the DDP you can get it as a snack credit.

On Main St it is in a bag, but they make it fresh all the time. On busy days they have a hard time even keeping up.
