So we knew it would eventually happen. Unable to travel to WDW for over a year, all the money we saved(?); opportunity knocked and we answered. We are pleased to introduce you to our new to us RV , a 2011 Allegro Open Road. Can’t wait to be FW bound. We hope to do a few shakedown trips close to home in the coming weeks.

Wow, the DIS is going Class A CRAZY  ! And other users like @Syndrome got a new trailer too.

All those big beautiful rigs are going to look GREAT cruising down the highway.

Krista, you might want to stop along the way from Canada with that nice rig and try camping in the States along your route when you get the opportunity.

PS - I'm going to have to buy new seat cushions for the A-liner to keep up with this crowd. :moped:

Good grief! You folks are leaving a lot of us in the dust with your "mov'n on up to the East side" stuff.

I'm starting to feel embarrassed showing up in my little 5th wheel.

We bought our first AND second travel trailers during the pandemic. So, we're catching up fast. However, we have a very small trailer too! We started with a Camp365 (you'll have to look it up) and now we have a Taxa Mantis.

That looks great Krista. Hope we'll see you and Tom at 'The Fort" soon.

We thought we had finished our 'RV bucket list' and sold our 2007 Windsport four years ago.
But, like you, we went Covid-crazy too. Last August Carol and I bought a 2014 Georgetown XL.

We're hoping the border opens in time for our planned Oct/Nov trip! :)

Oh how I would love our border to be open by then!

We share your sentiment Gary. Tom and I are missing WDW and FW. It looks as though our paths will cross in 2021 at FW, if all goes as planned.

Went on a short shake down trip for one night yesterday. Drove approximately three hours to St.Andrews, New Brunswick and camped at Oceanfront Campground. Briar, our pup, enjoyed co-pilot duties.

I may have a biased opinion but a trip to the Canadian Atlantic Coast should be on everyone ‘s bucket list!
I am a big Curse of Oak Island fan and have looked at making a trip up there. Driving would be over 1700 miles one way though, and that is taking the ferry from St John. A good racing friend is from Halifax and has been trying to get me to take a trip that way too. Maybe someday.
