Crashing on Monorail for Green Car Quest

I've tried about 10 times to complete task 22, but while waiting for my stop on the monorail, I crash. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm so tired of running out of time...

i crashed for my space suit quest, as soon after i played my song, LUCKY im still on green car quest 1 for fireworks :/
