Crash course on KNO

Can someone please give me a "crash course" on Kids Night Out service? What resorts will they go to? Is this a Disney company service or outside Orlando area? Anything else I need to know...prices, qualifications, etc. Thank you

We used them and had a great experience. Comparable to Fairy Godmothers but they are Disney 'endorsed' and have to go through Disney's Traditions...part of the Disney employee training program on service standards.
