Crash Course on AOA

Hi. Never really gave AOA much thought until recently. I think I read somewhere that there are inside hallways in the buildings? However, it looks as though the two closest to Caribbean Beach might still have "outside" corridors?

I hardly ever search for AOA but when I do see room rates, they are extremely high. I know some rooms can sleep 6.....do they have two bathrooms and a kitchenette.

Do the rooms that sleep 4 command high prices too?

Also, looks as though one or two of the buildings closest to Caribbean Beach might be undergoing renovation.

The reason why I ask is that I am a POP fan, but finding POP rooms at a good price is becoming very difficult now that the Skyliner opened...and I'm sure that's going to be the same with AOA, but I thought I'd figure out if it's worth my while to keep them in my search.

The older buildings open from the outside but the newer ones have inside corridors.

Family Suites buildings have indoor corridors and sleep six (not 8) while standard rooms sleep 4 - both "plus one child under three in a Pack & Play. The standard rooms have outdoor access, just like Pop and the All Stars. These are, yes,closest to CBR. But you can't walk between the two.

As far as I know, AOA rooms won't be refurbished until all the other Value resorts are done. Okay, maybe there'll be a small overlap . It's seven years old, and the other Values haven't been redone since before it opened.

The suites have indoor hallways, while the standard little mermaid rooms open to the outside. I believe the suites have a small sink, microwave and fridge
