Cranium Command?

I assume most of you remember the old Wonders of Life attraction, if not, YouTube it ( it's awesome! ), but I read on it's Wikipedia page that the entire show room, including the animatronics, are still in tact! Does anyone know if there's merit to that? Would love to see it come back in some way, but I doubt that will happen since Wonders of Life is now Festival Central.

I believe it was in tact for a while after it closed but since has been taken out. Some pieces I believe still remain but not the entire thing.

As of 2013 or so, it was all still generally there, but had been left to rot/decay & was missing various pieces. I imagine it's missing even more as of 2017.

They had left it all intact but I know they would cannibalize parts as needed. They used the old Body Wars parts for Star Tours since they were identical simulators. I do wish they would do something more with this pavilion than using it as the Festival Center.

I've heard it was finally scrapped in 2015-2016. Before that it was all still there even poor ol' Buzzy. That and the Rainbow Bridge were a sort of right of passage for Epcot CMs to sneak into until it started popping up online and it became a much stricter no no. I think they finally got rid of it to get rid of the day guests who began trying to sneak in during the festivals.

Dang! This sort of hurts my heart a bit! Haha. Is the Rainbow Tunnel still in tact? I've been digging '80's Epcot Center a lot lately for some reason, yearning for some forms to come back! Pipe dreams. Haha.

As far as I know, yes, but it's no longer lit. If someone comes to say it's been destroyed, I'll be a little sad as well.

I bet parts still are! I know they walled off part of figment that are still there. How cool would it be to redo CC with Inside Out?

That would be awesome! Inside Out was supposedly based on Cranium Command, so, the tie in would be perfect! Every day I hope for some kind of an announcement on Epcot's overhaul and yet it never comes!

The word is that CC is still there and basically untouched since it closed, however, that doesn't even hint to the idea that it will ever be revived.. it won't! There just is no reason right now to tear it out. It's not in the way, they don't need the parts, etc. Eventually, the building will be either torn down or re-imagined and then the pieces parts will disappear.

Loved this attracton and our four year old on his first trip in 1990 enjoyed all the hands on exhibits.
