I thinking the same thing!

It seems early to be putting up Christmas lights. It is still officially "summer" until September 21. But maybe they need to get the light up before it snows. That is what they do up here in Maine.

When I have been there in early October, almost all the Osborne Lights are already installed on the Streets of NY & SF backlot in DHS. It takes them a while to put them all in place, so it doesn't surprise me that they are putting the lights on already. They may have already been installing them this month, but we didn't go in that section of DHS this trip.
